I hate that I feel compelled to use Uncharted as an example, but it's only shame like when you hate coming out of the closet. It's not ACTUALLY a bad thing.

Uncharted...Goodness, people die in the story but you can play with them in MP. You can have copies of Nate, Elena, Chloe.

Why not copies of Lara?

It's not like multplayer has to be this story-strict cohesive experience.

Why not just fun?

Because it can.
People are complaining that multiplayer would ruin it, when in fact, it wouldn't any effect on the sp at all.
Multiplayer without co-op could feature everyone.
The thing about multiplayer is, it doesn't have to have a story.
So as far as multiplayer is concerned, they could have a Zombie Lara as a character if they wanted.

Fair enough, all I have to say is that I don't get about multiplayer, it can exist for all I care, it will be weird, I will play it, I doubt it will exist in the game.

I could really just care less. I can play TR alone no problem, and I can play TR with friends just as well.
