He's talking about the fact that Square Enix announced another game today, the sequel to The World Ends With You. So that's 2 games in total announced today, just as he stated.

Pretty sure that that image is from Assassin's Creed. The image title has Isu in it (which is the name of the precursor race from the AC games) and the logo in the bottom is that of an Assassin's Creed fansite: http://thecodex.network/

It would have been a cool marketing tactic if they gave us a puzzle to solve to get info on future releases.
