All I've seen is "OMG this is gonna be so epic" comments. I think there's no new info because they have to create it. They hadn't even gotten the voice by the time we saw the trailer. Not to mention having to translate it into different languages, the dubbing, the music, the sound effects, the animation.

None of that is ready.

And actually I could care less about getting small tidbits of information, I just want the game to fall into my lap like they always have.

But what I mean is I can see the bad ass old Lara in LAU, I just see a more complex...expressive version, we see more of her emotions.

That cannot help but become more so with this reboot in which we're seeing more of Lara's emotions, so if anything she'll be less "bad ass" than LAU Lara if you're asking someone who finds LAU Lara to not be the same bad ass Lara we say in Core's games.
