This.
Though I wonder what the space is at the end of the E3 demo with all the ships, just a cutscene backdrop? I have no idea what they're going to do. Imagined the time visually changing but only as you move. So as you're making progress in the missions, the time of day changes. But if you stay still it won't. IDK. :/
Hmm that might not be too bad now that you mention it. But I'd also like it to feel like time is moving at regular pace (sort of). Not really quick night/day cycles. |

The thing I fear is that if time is moving in accordance to the gameplay/ missions we complete...well CD's games are often short so I wouldn't be surprised if days felt VERY short. ._. |

It's a cinematic experience. Days can pass very quickly in movies, and since games are more like movie these days, it's not out of the question to pace the game like a movie. |

Which is stupid. ._. For games to become more like movies...it's regression when it's happening to the point it seems to be happening today. I want to be in a world which is fully alive and dynamic. |

Assassin's Creed is a wonderful example of interactive and dynamic environments filled with NPC's :). |

Seeing how they've been treating their AC fans lately I'm not so sure I'd want them to lol. I don't want to think they've turned AC into the cash cow but it certainly feels that way sometimes... And don't even get me started on the glitches in their latest multiplayer lol. Ugh. Needless to say, wouldn't want them to have TR honestly :/ |

Needless to say, wouldn't want them to have TR honestly :/
Well Assassin's Creed 3 seems like it's had some work put into it, so maybe something good will come between hasty and possibly buggy releases of the AC games. Though I certainly don't want that treatment for TR. |
I don't think AC games are buggy at all though...I mean I haven't played the last one yet, and I've heard it's the worst, but I think for most part they are very polished to be so... pushed out.
But still I would want a significant interval between TR releases. Maybe or 3 years. Man I hope this game is good. |
Yeah... ACR was not as wonderful as it was made out to be. And with yearly releases, I guess it should be expected it wouldn't be as stellar as it could have been otherwise.
But yea like you have said, AC3 looks better. I'm just not planning on pre-ordering this time lol. 3 years spent on it or not I'm just kind of skeptical. Anyway, on topic- I still feel that Crystal will do well by TR at this point. Sure I wasn't a huge fan of their previous trilogy, but a lot looks like it's changing and for the better. I'm just not setting my expectations too high like I did with Legend. I don't want to be too disappointed should it not end up being as great as I really hope it will be. |

The story seems very deep. And if they executed the cinematic then it will be great to enjoy as well. :) |

Can't blame 'em. There wasn't many with their last game. |
Square keep releasing info and videos about Hitman: Absolution as well.

Maybe Square Enix are giving CD the creative freedom to choose how they promote the game?
It seems like CD is calling the shots here. They obviously want to keep things under wraps for obvious reasons. |

They're not prepared to show it because they have their own marketing strategy, which is clearly winning, btw. |

Well, I originally posted "because they're not ready obviously", but In attempt to not sound retarded, I extended it. I honestly think the delay is possible. :o |

You either work at Crystal, or you're just a very funny lad. You could also be related to someone who works there....?! Who knows. |
