I think there will be animals in the other places, as we've seen deers and bunnies in the camp with Lara and Whitman.

You can hunt for XP whenever.

I'm not quite sure how it works, but of course you can't unlock everything at the first basecamp, there are tiers which must be unlocked as you go.

IMO it wouldn't be stupid to be able to get all of your XP early on, I like that freedom.

No, wait. Do you remember them saying that you can upgrade your skills as you want etc? So if you hunt a lot, you become an archery master, if you jump a lot, you can upgrade your jumping skills etc...So I think, the more you hunt the more archery XP's you gain, so you can upgrade your bow hunting skills which I think I'll do as I'll need to use the bow later in the game a lot :D

Some of the upgrades will be related to the bow, some related to jumping, etc..

But I've heard and read otherwise: The MORE you jump, the BETTER jumping skills you get. So the XP points must be somehow related to what you do (archery, climbing, jumping)...You won't "purchase" longer jump for the bow hunting XP's, I think.

I think you won't gain XP's for average jumps, just for some challenging ones. The more you make of those hard ones, the more XP's you get and you can upgrade to longer jumps or whatever...

Exactly my thoughts :( there's just too many of hints in the game...I expected some, but I was actually surprised how many of them there is :( Spoken hints, camera hints, icons, wooden planks...:/

I think everything she says is pretty obvious already so I don't see any harm in it unless you just don't like the talking, which I can understand.

Remember these? Listen to the music and look at the images...tell me how it feels. It's so nostalgic, I remember the times when they got leaked, and we all connected these images to the - unfortunately - unused piece. I'm still hoping these monsters will appear in the game...as fantastic as I find the current game, my view was completely different, and much, much darker.
