We knew about Lara and her bow earlier than AC3 was announced. I mean, years ago on the leaked concept arts with those "monsters" or whatever.

AFAIK, development on TR9 started shortly after Underworld was released. The concept art that pTURKEYq mentioned (the first indication TR9 was in production) was leaked in early 2009.

Brian Horton will be in this episode. So I guess he will say something about the art, Lara's model, designs, graphics, etc. You know, overall the visual side of the game.
