Yes. And ironically, they're similar in that both are GTA-style games. Watch Dogs is the game that isn't available for ages though, some are even saying it might get put back to the next-gen.

Yes. That's it really though. Watch Dogs was showcased at E3 and was a huge winner imo. You need to look it up. The concept and execution is amazing, far more amazing than GTA. I think it may be next gen too...though I can't be sure. But it sure does look amazing.

Sleeping Dogs was the one that was released a while ago, but I played the demo and it is tons of fun and I hope to get sometime in the future. They both have similarities in that they're open world/shooters/driving/and all that good stuff.

And Sleeping Dogs PC has huge amount of problems. I face stuttering problem very often, textures missing problem and camera has some bad influence. And there's tons of more PC problem it has which stated in the SD forum.
