I think that those disturbing messages are meant to be part of the whole eerie experience, also, nothing supernatural, it's just about the Fire ritual where they'll try to burn Sam in hopes of resurrecting Himiko, which I hope never happens because Sam is the 2nd best thing in the game!

Crystal are not so subtly pointing us in the right direction with those white painted arrows though. I know what I'll be doing when I got the game; ignore them arrows and explore everything else >D

I'd only ever buy any TR mechanise if it had the "flawless goddess" on it as a member here said and didn't look basic. :p Most of everyone on that site is beyond basic and looks tacky, especially the bags.

The specs on Steam are official minimum requirements, according to Driber over on Eidos Forums. The recommended ones are to be announced soon.

I don't even know when or how we concluded it was a demon, being tall and wearing an armor doesn't make you supernatural :p !

Don't forget that Lara is really short, I guess that's the effect that CD wanted to create with Lara's height when facing a tall scavenger.

They are demons ESRB confirmed that Lara would fight Demons they are called Oni and carry kanabos with is a large mace type weapon they are based on a Japanese troll/demon there is a track on the soundtrack called The Oni.
