You didn't read Allan Quatermain novel series? There are 17 books of his great adventures.

Truth is that sadly not many People like to read or maybe they do like it but don't spend much time reading. Nowadays people's source for entertainment has changed a lot and prefer to play PS2, Wii, Xbox 360, PS3 etc. rather than reading. In my case BTW i read Tomb Raider the Amulet of Power and i Love reading books as much as i Love Games. But when u named Allan Quatermain i did not know who you referred to until i read about the movie the League of extraordinary Gentlemen :p. It is very sad when i ask People about Lara Croft though because they always reply to me like: Oh yeah Angelina Jolie she is great wow i love her perfomance in Salt!. And stuff like that... :/ this is Soon going to change however fortunately. the only People that know Lara Croft (videogame character) are the Teenagers when i ask them no adults know her at least not Most of them. It's not too long time ago when I said I miss him. Looks like he also left TRF :( I doubt they would ever invite us to play TR before its release. It's only for a few VIP people such as moderators etc. We are just ****s. We mean nothing for them. We just need to shut up and wait.

Someone here (I forget who) made the jump from February to February 14th all by themselves and the rumour has somehow stuck. Nothing's been said beyond that post you linked. Is February 14th even Lara's birthday any more, since the reboot and all that? I have no idea.
