This is not about Crystal Dynamics turning Tomb Raider into porn but about an actual porn movie based on Tomb Raider being made (Crystal or Square are, of course, not involved in this).

There have been multiple Tomb Raider pornos in the past but never before has one actually used the title of "Tomb Raider". Apparently it's not copyright infringement if you make a movie called Tomb Raider as long as you have the word "parody" also in the title. The title of this porn will be called "Tomb Raider: A Porn Parody", so unfortunately they will be able to do this and make money off the tomb raider franchise via a loophole in the legal system.

I love any type of Tomb Raider media but I hope there's some way for CD or Eidos to sue them to get "tomb raider" out of the title. I won't hold my breath though.
