Both images are the VERY first one shots of Lara on their respective trailers, and both reveal her new image, introducing Lara looking herself into the mirror.

There's actually quite a few parallels with this game and AOD, the only one I can think off the top of my head is the delay. I know there's more.

Kinda scary if you think about it.

There are indeed many parallels between the reboot and AOD -

1. Both have strong story lines
2. Both aimed for a darker and grittier take on the franchise
3. In both games lara is sucked into the action and thrown out of her comfort zone
4. Both have rpg elements
5. Both games lack infinite ammunition
6. Both games were a departure from the usual style of the games we were used to ( In AOD's case TR1-5 and in reboot's case LAU )

lets see if they share the same fate or not :(

Both games are the only TR games that didn't have a demo too.

I don't know where to pre-order the game from! I want the Challenge Tomb and MP map from Gamestop, but I want the Best Buy costume.

Also, why can't you pick up the controller in store? Gamestop seems to be the only store selling it, and they have it for ship-to-address only. :confused:

If it were me I'd get the offer that adds more to game, so the one with the Challenge Tomb and the MP map. Especially that with the costume it doesn't really add much to the game, apart from seeing her wear a different costume. But its your choice.



Could be due to limited quantities, and the fact they probably want customers to only do it through their site.

Please stop comparing the reboot to that piece of **** that is AoD.

I loved AoD yeah sure it wasn't great at points but I loved the story but yeah hope TR does alot better than AoD but surely it can't do much worse xD
