Actually I am pretty sure that they will be moving just like in Uncharted 2 for example. Nate's clothes move in the wind :p. I think that it adds that extra touch of virtual realism :o.

Eh I kind of wish I wouldn't have opened that because I know sometimes those links can download software to your computer allowing someone to take control and view all your files on your computer as well as what you're doing and even take control of your web cam.
