It wasn't at ComicCon and GamesCom. But now it is. It was playable at the Tokyo event, but the people weren't allowed to record it for some stupid reason.

It is odd.

Though in one video people were told they couldn't tape, but then they were told they could, so maybe there is a bit of a discrepancy between what the event staff think is prohibited and what the actual developers are allowing.
