It's quite obvious really.
Roth told Lara to tell a crew member to make a right turn, but she was too busy updating her Facebook status "OMG, this old fart won't shut the f-up!"
When the crew member asked Lara if Roth had said if the directions had changed she updated her Facebook status yet again "God, why the f- am I being asked questions?! When did I ever speak to Roth about directions?!" and waved her hand in a GTFO kind of way.

So yes. It is all her fault.
