Exactly! It's overdone, if they want to show that they are going in a whole new direction they wont put her there. I would put her on the back, somewhere, while keeping the front minimalistic.

The front can be clean Lara, the back can be ****ed up Lara.

True. But I think that that was just the first part of the campaign, the rest will probably focus more on the game itself. Now that they can share more about it... When you think about it, all games so far had her on the cover. It would be a bold statement to do it differently this time.

I don't remember I say she is not Lara. My opinion is still the same... She is not the old Lara I love, she is new Lara I like and I'm looking forward to her new adventure. I don't say she is sex-symbol, I'm also glad that she is not Barbie anymore... But her face is really very nice... It's difficult to say somebody looks "normal" - to look normal means to have a pair of eyes, nose and mouth... but every person have diferent shapes. And Lara got really prety ones:)

I agree simple is better. And tomb raider is such a recognised franchise that if a gamer came into a shop and saw just the words: "Tomb Raider" he's already intrigued by the lack of a woman with big titties on the front cover, so he moves forward and checks the back of the box and bam he's sold!

Replace the PS3 flash with a 360 one and you're good to go :tmb::p

Assuming that they will not bring her in podcast after the game release. As the game is releasing in Fall 2012, Combat revealed in E3 2012, Karl's comment on 'May Sux' means nothing at May so we might hear her voice in a podcast April/May. That's how February/March idea came from. :)

Surely they're gonna have to give us something new before this month's podcast, right? I mean, I can't think of what else they could possibly talk about this month. Karl's prom night? 0_o

I really hope this game is full of enjoyable gameplay and no hand-holding.

I've been replaying Legend and playing UC3 recently...and OH BOY.

Sometimes in UC3 you notice too well, how the design of something has been compromised by the cinematic experience. Also, that moment in Legend Peru, when you exit the nook with the glowing purple blob, and the camera just say "Hey, so these r ur enemies, ur gunna go this way, in case u didn't no i sho u".

I'm really afraid of the whole cinematic thing lately, a little too claustrophobic.

I'm playing UC3 for the first time now, and I agree. I hate how during puzzle-solving, after a while they'll just tell you exactly what to do. And I hate how the camera pans to show you where to go. Often you are being rushed and don't have time to enjoy the scenery.
