I see people comparing this to LC GO, and I must say - if Reloaded is anything like that - I'd totally be in for it. To me, LC Go was a perfect mobile Tomb Raider experience.
But was LC Go ever F2P?
And is it actually confirmed (and by who) that Reloaded will be F2P?

Yes, TR Reloaded is going to be a "free-to-play mobile arcade game".

Experience through life is the best mentor.

This is the only way how SE/CD will be mentioning classic Lara.

They just tease us here and there, then when a new major game is announced, they will start with their famous line about Lara still going through adventures till she becomes the TR we all know and love.
They are cunning and smart in how they are advertizing their games IMO.

I think it will be a fun game anyhow, but I dont have faith about SE changing their direction regarding the major game on consoles and that dumb imposter will still be the hero of the major games that get the most attention...

IN other words, dragging it till it becomes old... oh wait. It did become old after the 2013 Reboot. Rise and Shadow, while still being very good games, were rather pointless from the story and character arc aspect.

Well, there's still hope the 'free to play' part is meant as an anniversary gift and doesn't necessarily dictate the play style (lootboxing and microtransactions).
