I have a question related to real life. Is Himiko Amaterasu? Or are they different people?

The game is dodgy...

I'm replaying and a few things changed it seems. For example she doesn't say the "music?" before entering the bunker. When you get the shotgun to brake the wooden thingies to acces further, I noticed the planks are not there (on my firts playthrough they were there) etc...does anyone experience something similar?

Edit: I'm not fast travelling. I started a new game.

I am playing my 2nd play-through and at the first, she said 'Music' while I was at the Sheltered Ridge base camp, instead of saying after coming down from the camp and noticing the open door.

Himiko was a Queen and Amaterasu a deity so no :) .
