Reading all your comments... this event update really is a mess !

And I'm 99% sure it's because of the winter event update because, I know it's silly, but like 6 hours after giving up on the game I decided to download the netflix version ! :vlol:

And so I started over from the beginning and (Don't know if it's supposed to be that way or if it's a bug, the roll out of thisgame is so messy it's hard to tell)
I can't access the winter event and you know what ? ZERO crash ! None ! Not a single crash since I started to use the netflix version without the winter event ! It works like a charm ! No problem with the menu, ect...

So hopefully after the end of the winter event the regular app will be back to normal.

Also it's so cool to not have ads. You can't found Winston anywhere but you still get all the free stuff just without having to watch ads !

I noticed performance problems since the new Event, to the point where the game literally freezes for me here and there.

Other than that, i have to say that i do enjoy the game.
But its time consuming and really tedious on some things.

Ive been playing since Europe Release, but im not too far in terms of the levels.
Currently Level 5, which is giving me quite the trouble for a while now.

Which feels strange considering i have everything equipped that is higher than level 10 and at least rare.
Upgraded the outfit a few times and have quite a few Relics...yesterday i got the third piece for that weird Crocodile thing or what it is.

Doesnt help that this Level seems to be hellbent on not giving me more Crowd control skills.

But im still really liking this game i have to say.

So the game has glitched and deleted some of my gear when I went to upgrade it. I’ve lost a purple staff at level 30. Is there any possible way I could contact the developer to possibly get it back or am I **** outta luck?

I think you can contact support directly through the game. I am too lazy to open my game now to check where exactly is the option because the game takes 10 minutes to load for me.

But I remember there's a way in the game to open a support ticket.

This is disgusting. They add Winston only when the event where you need him is finished ?

I see people in the ******* are upset that the new update removed the bomber jacket from the daily rewards. What is even going on with this game. Lmao :vlol:

Maybe the other platforms' updates are more recent (?)
