The Russian VA for Lara is apparently Eleva Ivasishina, well that's according to this post on the Eidos Forums.

Yikes, I think the Russian VA is my least favorite. The scream that she does in the trailer is just bad.

It's funny, because Lara's mouth is moving the words being said in English. Like when she says "Croft" you can read her lips saying that word. But because it's in another language, it's a different word. I chortled.
