Actually I am pretty sure that they will be moving just like in Uncharted 2 for example. Nate's clothes move in the wind :p. I think that it adds that extra touch of virtual realism :o.

Her hair (including fringe) and the pendant will be moving. Well, we'll not be able to see the pendant most of the time...so they might not be bothered to make it moving. Duh.
