There are! Karl said it on the 1st Podcast! The Original Concept was that the trailer would last 8 minutes! then they thought it was too much so they decided that it's going to be 4 mins. But when they finished they were told that the limit was 3 minutes so they cutted it to 3 mins. :P

okay, but they wouldn't make any sense at all. They are just 1-3 sec pieces. I'd rather see new stuff then the turning point trailer with these cuts. It's good enough like this.

In Karl's, yes. The concept for it was 8 minutes, but SE said No.

It would just be out of interest, and wouldn't randomly mean we couldn't have anything else.
