I wouldn't be surprised if that really happen. You have to collect beer around the in game world by killing bears and make a huge island full of beers for Karl. At the end of that game, Karl will come there and drink all of them in one sip. :pi:

I think those are photo manipulations based off of Resident Evil.. or something like that. But I don't think it's Tomb Raider.
