Remember that thread about the reboot being like Wizard of Oz and a rebellious young girl on mysterious land and finding her way home we all bashed the theory but it just occured to me that since that necklace is the artefact what if it is the key to get off the island that she has had all along and needed to go on this pointless journey to grow in strenght. (ruby slippers) I would piss myself laughing if that was the outcome! :vlol:

I thought that too before, as something was said in some Japanese myth we were looking up about sacrificing women to a dragon in water or something.

Well it wouldn't be a stretch. That depiction of the figure on the walls seems like a female to me. Lara is dragged from the shipwreck, we see that woman dead. Yet Roth remains unharmed until the wolves. I know he has guns but I doubt he made it off the ship without passing out in the process. There might be a connection there.

That would also be a good excuse for no female scavengers.

So much more activity recently, I hope it stays like this until the 31 before it goes wild in here,

I think Lara will be the only survivor in the game to be honest that is why she will become iconic and changed in the end. A Survivor is born. :p

I think the same could be as long as she assumes a leading role and saves everyone.

I hope not. I would like to see other characters survive and play a part in future TR games.

Wow, it's very similar to the Lara's one. Does it have any meaning?

Btw, I want one. :cln:
