I let my little brother (he's 13) play the game, and he basically confirmed what I thought was wrong with today's generation of gamers. He liked the game, but his gameplay style annoyed me a lot - he just ran through levels, didn't look for anything unless it was necessary to progress and actually asked me one time "Can she run faster?" and started making Lara jump so that he could abandon the areas even quicker. :rolleyes:

I don't get what's so enjoyable in being eager to finish the game as soon as possible?
Plus, he had the nerve to say that the graphics aren't that good. WHAT? Even on medium settings the world looks freaking gorgeous! :ohn:

I would have slapped him if I were you.

Some teenagers have a weird concept of what good graphics are like nowadays.

Just found the last optional tomb, enjoyed them but didn't realise all of them would be so easy to find... Expected a couple more too.

I wonder how they will top this in the sequel.. Love japanese mysticism.

Himiko sounds very similar to Amaterasu. Hope they add izanami, izanagi, susanoo Tsukuyomi or Kagu-tsuchi in there somehow. Maybe Himiko was granted special privileges based on one of these gods or something. Very interesting

They definitely weren't hidden at all, some of them were directly on the main path and one in Shanty Town was right in front a base camp lol. The big white triangle was too obvious as well.

Yep, to be honest they couldn't have made them less hidden if they tried - a loud chime then message saying 'Tomb Nearby', those huge white triangles sticking out like a sore thumb and an icon on the map!

I haven't even finished playing the game yet. At only two hours today, the story is so juicy, it's like the Chronicles of Tomb Raider.
