So TR won't be the cover story, but will be featured in the magazine! Sweet, this sounds plausible. Quote:

The cause of extension in releasing new stuff might also be the leaked footage. Perhaps they really wanted to release it but since it was leaked, they refused.

If they were going to release that full footage they should have even though it was leaked, so people could properly see the footage in HD and full length the way it was meant to be seen. I also don't understand the purpose of showing that content behind closed doors to tons of people and allowing them to talk about it, yet not releasing it. |

I mean they want it off the net, yet won't release it properly. |

Well, I might be wrong but we cant deny it either. P.s That vid is on net right now huhuhu :mis::P |
Leaks happen all the time, but companies don't keep things from the public just because of leaks.
|
And yes, the leaked footage is on the internet and no1's bothered :pi:

Is there any magazine previews of Tomb Raider expected within the upcoming month?

I know for a fact that Eidos Montréal has been giving all their E3 titles a rough QA session, in the past weeks, including titles from other main Square-Enix studios. Really long QA sessions, lasting complete weeks. I'm sure this mean they're gearing up for E3.
And I'm sure TR is part of that. ;) |

They showed the Night Hub area to fans in Germany and I think Paris too. The fans came back and spoke about what they saw. |
Why the balls don't we get to see that? We're fans too D:

I'm very curious what's going to be aussie500's answer to this^ D:

Aside from it not being final product, I don't see why they couldn't release it. I am willing to bet they won't ever, as once the next wave starts I'm sure it will all be new stuff. |

They weren't supposed to talk about it? We've heard every detail about the demo from multiple sources...yet they don't show it by now. |

^CD just need to freaking release it for crap sake.
Quote:
Oh, no not mistaken or wrong. It's the night hub, someone from CD coined the phrase. It's a hub at night, I'm sure we'll see a few hubs at night. |

Jak and Daxter managed a day and night cycle which changed while you stood still without feeling like forever amounts of time were passing, but CD are so obsessed with their story so I'm sure we'll know when a day goes by. |
That kinda makes me sad really. I wanted to be able to stand around and watch night fall or the sun rising etc.
:( Or a storm pass even? dynamic weather too? |

Or... They could go with the method used in games like Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Time would be dynamic when you were in the central hub and connecting pathways, but when you entered a village or a dungeon, time would freeze. Quote:

But of course, all is lost at the hands of the narrative. We need a certain weather at a certain time to convey a certain mood/ emotion. I'm not sure why thought couldn't have it constantly change but enforce some weather to convey an emotion when necessary...but I guess it's sort of similar to what we have now. |
I think it's probably just nicknamed the Night Hub for now since it is the only hub we've seen thus far and it is night.

Though I wonder what the space is at the end of the E3 demo with all the ships, just a cutscene backdrop? Quote:
Imagined the time visually changing but only as you move. So as you're making progress in the missions, the time of day changes. But if you stay still it won't. IDK. :/ |
