Initally, I thought you mean you've never ever purchased a Tomb Raider game on CD before, but then I realised you meant Crystal Dynamics games.. :p

What's so bad about the others? How could you judge them if you've never actually bought it?

INB4 ban or warning.

What is it with the influx of newbies gif and thread spamming, trolling and circumventing the censors here?

Guys, stop.

Yes, I'm sick of not just linearity in levels and tasks but the overall flow of the game.

Though apparently the world is not traditional open world, and is instead split into hubs. Hopefully they will still be large and non-linear.

I pray.

I've been playing Torchlight II, which is "open-world" now, too. From what I understand from that it won't be Elder Scrolls open world, but there would be hubs with branching paths or caves to explore.

Any news I missed other than the delay and the new 'Reach' screenshot?

Yeah, apparently, the game will be even more realistic than we imagined. Click: http://www.tombraiderforums.com/showthread.php?t=191255

We have some other screenshots besides that...

I didn't say they were bad, they just aren't appealing enough for me to buy them. I did like the demo for TRU, and who knows it might be one of the games I buy during my game buying spree once my new machine is completed.

Yeah, it was fine in the older games, even though in TR4, Core didn't enforce the linearity as much as they did previously.

Indeed. I don't mind hubs, though I hope each hub is literally Just Cause scale.

Oh God, I wish.

My main fear is that the hubs will be visibly disconnected and not feel like one world. I'm not sure what a good example of this would be, but I don't want to feel like I'm in a completely different level when in another hub, I want the hubs to feel part of the same island no matter how much space separates the playgrounds from each other. I just don't want to feel surrounded by walls.

I don't care whether the plane scene is QTE or not, I can't wait to see it anyway! It looks pretty amazing and just to see her moving and the plane falling down...oh Gawsh! Plus the scene with the poor deer! I must see it right ****ing now! D':

This E3 is gonna be so big and it's so close!

I just don't feel it yet, the time has stopped for me...:/
