I think and hope, bullet-time isn´t in the game. Not in regular combat. I believe it was just a trailer effect.

It'll probably be something like Splinter Cell execution, where you have to do a take down or something to unlock the ability.

I hope surviving on the island, looking for food and drinkable water, hunting with her bow (and whatnot) is a big part of the game, and not just a gimmick that is used once or twice.
