I was thinking...what if Microsoft Paid CD to release the game on Xbox...and nothing else...would it happen?

I don't think that would be ethically right, and I like to believe that Microsoft still has some ethics. They 'd lose a lot of fans anyway so no.

Ok cool. Microsoft screwed PS3 players by making two DLC just for xbox

I don't think Microsoft could even do that. CD/Square probably go to Microsoft and Sony with their game and see if they're interested, but I doubt Microsoft could make it that TR is exclusive to them. CD would probably set up some sort of legal thing that means that TR remains a multi-platform game. It's probably different for dlc as this is mostly just small things, one offs etc.
