^ No hard feelings. Here's a piece of advice, though - never make assumptions about someone on a forum. You'd be surprised how different a person can be in real life.

Releasing everything 2 days before release, like SpyrosMonster said, sounds very unrealistic and not very smart. I doubt any developer would market a game like that. |
Regarding the Final Hours and Last of Us episodes someone had suggested that maybe they are planning on releasing some stuff after the game's release, so this could be the case aswell, but that tweet was downright tease-y so we're propably getting something today.

2 Final Hours... That's what was said in the end of the last episode and I don't know how many Guide to Survival but at least 1 because they said what the next episode is going to be about. |

Has it been confirmed there will be rope in this game to get to unreachable areas?? If not this article sais it does. Its new and seems postive by the phrase "It's a heroine video game players will hopefully see more often"

The way I see it, the games take place on present-day unless if they say they do not. Tomb Raider, Anniversary - 1996 Tomb Raider II - 1997 Adventure of Lara Croft - 1998 Last Revelation, Chronicles, Angel of Darkness - 1999 Legend - 2006 Underworld - 2008 Guardian of Light - 2008 (?) (if you were to set it somewhere in the Tomb Raider timeline it's some time after Underworld, judging by her appearance) So, she is 28 in Tomb Raider and Anni. , 29 in TRII, 30 in TRIII, 31 in Core's TRilogy, 38 in Legend and 40 in Underworld. If you think of it it's quite plausible. The only model that doesn't look her age is Legend Lara. |

Also,she doesn't HAVE to age! It's a videogame character! |

Exactly because Lara is strong and fit and she is all muscled-up as seen in her Underworld wetsuit she should be a bit too heavy to hang from a wire that attaches to metals with a tiny magnet (in Legend) or a hook from anceint rings (in Anni and Underworld) . Not to mention that she's not in her late 20s anymore, she shouldn't do stuff like that, it's embarassing :p joking ! Quote:

Well, the problem with your theory is that you're connecting Core's Lara with CD's Lara. Two very different people. CD had Lara's her backstory completely re-written, so trying to connect that Lara with Core's Lara is non-sensical. The way I see it is, Lara is 24 in Legend, which is set in 2006. But what's weird is that TRA is set in 1996, and obviously Lara is obviously not 14 in that game. Sooooo... Logic would leave one to believe that Lara is 20-something (probably 24 too since she looks exactly the same as in Legend), and that Lara Croft doesn't age after TRA, because... Wait for it... She's not a real human being and is in fact a video game character. Oh, and yes, Lara may look 40 in TRU, but I doubt Lara would wait 20 years after Legend to continue looking for her mother. I think she just looks older because CD redesigned her face for next-gen. But that's just my theory. Thinking a lot about a video game character's age could be considred futile. |

Legend being set in the same year as Anniversary could work if Lara didn't have all that hi-tech gadgets which propably didn't exist in the 90s (or at least weren't that advanced) and Lara's PDA in Underworld is almost identical to a smartphone, which didn't appear until late 2000 so it fails to make a connection and like you said Lara wouldn't have waited 20 years to begin the search for Avalon. Like I said, we are video game fans, personally I can't stand not knowing as many details as possible about a character (whether this is a video game character, a TV show character or a book character) , I feel the need to do my research on them so that I am familiar with their goals and personal info and stuff, it just adds up to the overal enjoyment :) . I guess you're right, she never looked that musuclar, actually, the only time I've seen her have a muscular figure was in Underworld's wetsuit (her abs just dissapeared in her other outfits by the way  ) so she should propably be nimble enough so as not to fall :p . |
Where all of Lara's weapons officially revealed?
-bow -pistol -shotgun -axe -rifle where there any others? |

If you can use the grenade launcher in single player, we might be able to upgrade it so it will look like more a modern grenade launcher. I know that's what happens with the pistol - first it starts of as that old, brown looking one but after you upgrade it, it resembles more of the pistols in TRL. You can see it in the first Guide to Survival episode. I think it's really cool what CD did with the uprading system. The weapons stats don't just increase, but their looks change too. I can't wait to get all my weapons upgraded. :D |

So... yes, this thread is quite boring right now. :p |
By the way someone who got the Play Arts Kai figure (not sure how) said she came with two guns. Aswell as that the concept art of Lara the other week we got she had two holsters. It might have been obvious she was getting her pistols but I dunno if the figure confirms this
