No, I mean, one is right inmediatly after the video starts. It's barely visible but if you pay attention when CD guys start to talk, you can see a little bit of it.

Talking about the combat gameplay appearing to be less linear, at around 2.24 of that video, there is a platform to the right, that looks as if Lara could jump to and wonder a bit. So, I think, although linear, it's not as straight forward as the video shows it to be.
