What do you mean by "exclusive"? If you're refering to xbox 360, then no, DLCs won't be exclusive to that platform (like that unfortunate Lara's Shadow DLC for Underworld) ;) It will only be released for xbox 360 first but after a set amount of time it will release for other platforms as well.
