Today for me is very sad tbh.
I realized that the first Tomb Raider is dead.
If i get kids they would rather play this new TR instead of the old TR.

Mess, TR is always been talked about on social media, etc. This person must be a hermit.

If you do have kids, you can easily show them the old TR's and let them experience it before playing the newer ones or whatever. Maybe that might help them prefer the old ones? :p

Mirror's Edge is good if you're looking for the platforming experience, Dishonored is good if you want puzzles and a sense of exploration and Uncharted is good if you want the treasure hunter experience.

Oooh, yeah, this is a good one. Haven't played it myself, but I hear there's plenty of exploration and the upgrading system is pretty similar to the new TR's, too. Oh, and it's set on an island.

Im sure, if a 15 year old kid wanted TR, theres a way you could get it... Im sure theres a relative, or someone you know who would hook you up, especially if you have the money... If you get caught, and yur parents are pissed at you, you could always just say you took a chance, and went to the shop, and they sold it to you no questions asked... the people working there see 100 people a day, they wouldnt remember...
