I don't think Microsoft could even do that. CD/Square probably go to Microsoft and Sony with their game and see if they're interested, but I doubt Microsoft could make it that TR is exclusive to them. CD would probably set up some sort of legal thing that means that TR remains a multi-platform game. It's probably different for dlc as this is mostly just small things, one offs etc.
