Got to hand it to them, the game looks fantastic. Look at the sea, the sunlight breaking through the clouds, the water splashing underneath that log-bridge thing... Is it just me or have they really made it more colourful than it was before (a very long time ago)?

I just saw your post, it's indeed very different. The sky is more clear, there is more sunlight (and stronger lens flare effect) in the newer version. The older one had a more depressing or 'gloomy' or whatever you want to call it vibe. Which one do you like more?

I guess it's different for each developer/game, how that works. I remember that Uncharted 3 went beta like one year ahead of release or something, and I heard about a game that went beta only a few weeks (or even less) before. :o
