My goal in life is certainly not to ever come off as someone who thinks he is better than everyone else, but if that's what happened I'm truly sorry. I certainly didn't mean it. ;) |
^^Yesss, Yes.
I feel betrayed as I watch the Microsoft conference, as there is so much space around Lara, that I can see, and should get to, but I won't be able to. I guess it's more like GOL when they said "if you see it you can access it" as we're on a very set path in a giant set surrounding the actual game world, and places we see on the path way down or up in the mountains are places we'll eventually "discover". whevs. edit: TBH I think TR is going to be a nice adventure game, like any old one you'd find, but not from this generation of gaming. Plus it will have a lot of scripted moments, the only thing keeping me from loving it's....basic adventure vibe. |

But really. Some complex Egyptian tombs in an open world environment. Quick sand. Traps traps traps. Pyramids, obelisks, pharaoh statues, curses, mummies. Good ol' fashioned tomb raiding. |
