Maybe Final Hours #2 is being scheduled as the beginning of a final 'countdown' to release promotion, so they can't start before a certain time.

Also, I don't think Meagan is in Tokyo, but maybe her plans have been caught up with the gaming event there this weekend. It finishes tomorrow, so she can, hopefully get back to stuff like podcasts before Eurogamer (which she appears to have plans for).
