I don’t want to start from the beginning, i took a lot of frustration to get to this point hahaha.

Sadly you cannot change to extreme mid game. That difficulty can only be chosen at the beggining of the game.

Do you have PS plus? If yes, you can ask a friend online (a user from this forum?) to beat the boss for you. You can use the share play function to invite someone. I don’t know the details, never tried this myself.
