Lost Library by DCW123
Nice and simple. Same atmosphere of TR4.

Rome Streets Mystery by CheshireBitch (911)
Same atmosphere as Chronicles. I liked it but there are a lot of annoying Bosses fights (4 in total). Shame on me I found only 3 secrets.

Tomb of Thoth by Sampiza (Dreamfall)
This was the very first I played but I didn't post statistics yet. I loved it. There are many tricky jumps to do, and also a very nasty timed run.
I didn't understand the boss fight, anyway, because I hitted him twice, the levers got stuck but the Boss was not dead so I had to aim him in the room where he came from to reset the levers triggers.

The Harp of Dagda by Dishmush (constantine)
Nice and simple this one too.

Then at least we scared him off! :mis:

I just started Reggie's level (the updated one). I don't know if this was already said but suddenly it reminded me the TV serie Lost, for the cameras hidden in the jungle and those weird noises and voices at the radio.
Then I saw the Dharma symbol everywhere, so I guess it's an intentional quote. I love it! :tmb:

Lost, in the Amazon :D

Craig Michaels 09-11-19 18:16

I'm currently stuck in Lost in the Amazon. I'm concerned it might be a problem with the way my computer keyboard works, I've never run into this before.

I'm in "The Hatch" and have gotten to a point where Lara needs to crouch in an area where she could normally stand, and then crawl backward (or roll forward like Chronicles) out of that space into a jungle area.

The problem: I don't think my keyboard is registering so many keys needing to be pressed at once. Since it isn't a crawlspace, you need to hold down crouch AND a direction key AND action. I think it has to do with this:

"Keyboard manufacturers often put many keys on the same "circuit" of sorts within the wiring of the keyboard. This prevents multiple keys in the same region of the keyboard from being pressed simultaneously." - Stack Exchange

Even high-end gaming keyboards often have a similar hardware limitation, although the cap is much higher so that it is unlikely to be reached during the normal course of gaming.

I've run into this before because it's almost impossible for me to perform the sprint diving roll since this also requires holding three keys at once, and my computer only seems to register two of them. However, I've never run into a situation where there might be a required action that I cannot complete. Has anyone else had this problem / figured out a fix?

My laptop has the same issue, noticed that when I couldn't roll when sprinting (up + dash + action)

I'm so glad someone picked up on it! :D

The french recording is taken from the show but reapplied in a new way for this level. The dharma symbols/cameras. I originally had a polar bear too. :D There's also a waterfall with a 'golden light' at the bottom.

That is the only crawlspace you can't roll out of like in TR5. You can however exit the crawlspace like in TR3/4 but crouching then backing out of it using action. Hope that helps.

Edit: I see what you're saying, it actually can't cope with the button combination! I had no idea that could be an issue for some players. Hopefully a solution can be found.

In Tomb of Thoth, after I picked up a Star Key I activated this switch, which I think had to reopen the doors:

But nothing happens.

Oh, yes... I remember. You have to use the lever twice. :)
