Yes, they should be able to push her aside with ease. It should be the other way around, if they get too close to Lara they should be able to strangle her, if you have low health. Oh wait.. there is no longer a health bar.

It's totally unrealistic. They should have left that move out, or just have Lara finish them off by sticking an arrow through their neck.

Yes, a woman can choke out a bigger stronger man. There are three types of chokes, Air chokes, Blood chokes, and combination chokes that stop the air and the blood flow. Chokes if applied correctly don't require strength. but they do have to be applied correctly.

NOTE: all chokes are dangerous and should only be used if necessary. Even then it is best not to bring someone to unconsciousness.
