I couldn't agree with you more, Wooxman! You summarized my feelings about TR2013 and the sequels exactly. The crafting was tedious and overly emphasized, and the combat made no noteworthy improvements in the long run. The point you make about slow moving while aiming is rings ESPECIALLY true. In Shadow there are so many non-human enemies, yet Lara still aims and moves like she's in a duck-and-cover situation. It just doesn't work for fast moving animal enemies. They had a huge opportunity to innovate in this unique combat space, but they did next to nothing. I really don't understand why they didn't at least add a "run and gun" feature.
