I would love them to be a tad more ambitious and give the film an R rating with a smaller budget I feel like that would get people talking and allow them to make a more serious piece. It wouldn't exactly be alienating the audience either because the target demographic for the first film had it's major audience numbers from 25-30 year olds if I recall correctly.

Alternatively if they want to bring in a younger audience then a PG-13 film with more of an emphasis on effect heavy sequences and comedy would probably be the route to take. I'm hoping these film scenes become more like John Wick in terms of production cost and profits so we get a good franchise. I'm sure Warner Bros have a plan in place if they're pushing forward with a sequel.
