The double secret in Tomb of Qualopec can be tricky. Especially the one located in the spike pit. It doesn't look like you can drop down from above, but you have to be in the right position to fall and grab this secret.
I remember learning the faux grab trick to fall under a ledge and the second Tomb of Qualopec secret became so much easier for me.

Would have to agree that the double secret is in an incredibly missable spot, probably the most missable of any secret besides the Tomb of Tihocan pressure plates secret and The Cistern final secret.
