I used DXVK, you drag and drop the files in the x32 folder into the main folder with tru.exe and it's set up. It'll stutter like mad for a good 30 seconds because it needs to build up a shader cache, but once it does that, it never has to do it again until you update your graphics drivers. Every level will experience a bit of stutter for a few seconds but it goes away quickly. For me, this allowed me to have smooth loading screens and smooth gameplay without stutters on AMD.
