I downloaded the classic Lara with the shorts and it came in a .tpf file. So I opened texmod,then I put the AOD launcher and the .tpf file on, but nothing happened. What do I do?
I tried to mod it my self and it worked. I wonder why other peoples mods don't work?

2) Go to your main AoD folder, search for a folder named BIN and open it:
-Search for TRAOD.exe and move it somewhere else.
-Place the downloaded TRAOD.exe in the folder.

That should work without problem .

It doesnt work for me. When i launch it normally there are no glasses. If i launch it from the hacked.exe it crashes.

I have the same problem. Do you need the original 39 version? I have patch v49 installed, any help?

In order to have the glasses on you must run the modified executable. The normal will not just work, but it might have no sound as well. Have you tried using the SCU? Sometimes it crashes because the hacked can pass the cutscenes, but with the SCU you can go straight to any level in the game.
