great work,

I appreciate the new collision system and more the underwater collisions, they are similar to tomb raider 5 (chronicles), Lara never gets stuck in walls underwater

Added sound reverberation effect. Currently room volumes calculation is incorrect in some cases (it ignores portals), so sometimes in big halls you may hear sounds like as small room %)

Hi, just wanted to say that OpenLara runs great (60fps) on Chrome with the following configuration: Phenom X4 980, AMD 7850 HD

So, I have an old boxed copy of the DOS version of the original Tomb Raider... What do I need to get off of the disk and how do I select the levels in OpenLara?

The Braid

as you know, cutscenes of TR1 shows Lara having a braid.
But Lara runs without it within the game

The original dos game has the braid disabled. Even the Steam version doesn't support it.

But, thanks to XProger, OpenLara has support for the braid.
There's a catch, however. The braid model must be present in a level resources.
And the only level that has the braid is level3a.

Sad, but fixable.

Here's a tool that allows to add a braid to a TR1 level resources: larasbraid

If you patch a level and run it through OpenLara, you can actually see Lara how she's supposed to be:

I've patched level1.phd (PC version) if anyone is willing to try.

Instructions:
1. download the .phd file
2. open OpenLara demo
3. click on "Browse Level" button and select the downloaded file.

have fun! (didn't try it with OpenTomb)
