Default [26-05-2020] PC Patch Notes for patch 1.0.298 (Patch #19)

We have just released the eighteenth PC patch for Shadow of the Tomb Raider, build 1.0.298. This patch focuses primarily on a fix for support for the next Window 10 update.

This patch will be applied by Steam automatically when you next start the game. If your game does not update, please restart the Steam client.

New fixes included in this patch:

Adds a fix for support of the next Window 10 update;

While we expect this patch to be an improvement for everyone, if you do have trouble with this patch and prefer to stay on the old version, we have made a Beta available on Steam, Build 294, that can be used to switch back to the previous version.

We will keep monitoring for feedback and will release further patches as it seems required. We always welcome your feedback!

Wait what? New update?
Did we have problems with latest W10 update? It's very unusual.

Didn't they prove countless of times during Shadow's lifespan that they don't listen?

them not changing their artistic vision to what fans in TRF want doesn't mean they don't listen.

Has nothing to do with artist vision. The outfit restrictions was BS given people paid for many outfits that cannot be used for a majority of the game.

That is a scam by all definitions of the word.

Back to the topic, I cannot believe we are back to this clownery again. Listen? Since when? A number of bugs was never patched nor did they ever even release a statement on DLC8 to confirm or cancel it. They never listen, they too busy sitting on their own egos to give a damn.

The joke of a company

It was an artistic decision that was related to the story of the game. you not liking it doesn't change that it was.
