The code for the full screen option is not W3C compliant so this was disabled.

How is work coming along on the dark mode? Is that still going to happen at some point in time?

What about updating the forums to the new version? I remember there were plans to do that back in 2017/2018 and yet we are still on forum software that was released in 2004.

I also seem to remember that both new vBulletin and XenForo were considered. vBulletin 5 is considered a bad software so I'm glad the idea was dropped, but XenForo seems like a sensible choice and it is quite similar to vB3 (it was created by vB3 original devs). I remember last time it wasn't considered since XenForo was in the middle of a lawsuit (filed by Internet Brands, the people behind vBulletin 4-5), but all the charges were dropped and XenForo seems to be thriving atm.

The visitor messages feature should be radically removed. In my opinion, messages of that kind are somehow voyeuristics.
Private messages are enough. Worst thing is that visitor messages can't even being modified or deleted.

I disabled them in my options but Moderators should take a clear decision: let users modify/delete them or radically remove that feature.

You used to be able to edit them, but they didn't (if I'm not mistaken) record editing history.

A user apparently abused it so editing was unfortunately removed.

If you have an issue with the VMs, let a moderator know the exact issue and we'll see if we can help.

I don't see a need to remove it. If you don't like the feature, you don't have to use it. If you're worried about people seeing your conversations, stick to PMs. You can also ensure that only users set as friends and moderators can see your VMs.

Users who have disabled VMs shouldn't be allowed to send ones. it's kinda weird if you receive one and can't reply

Never mind, it's not a big issue. The point is that I always delete PMs, if they are not strictly useful, and I don't want to call a Moderator every time I have to delete a VM. I just disable the function.
