Default Facebook acquiring oculus exclusives

Assassin's creed and Splinter Cell VR games would be very interesting.

A lot of different players out there in the gaming world joining the bidding on exclusives.

Well, there's a difference between, say, Epic paying to make already existing games that would've been released on other platforms exclusive to their store (or Microsoft paying for Rise to be an Xbox exclusive) and Oculus paying for a game that likely wouldn't have been made otherwise for their own hardware.

There are exclusives that are designed to sell hardware and then there are exclusives designed to promote distribution channels and sell more software. IMO the move is toward the latter than the former.

VR is in the early generations, just getting started and I can see the need for software exclusives to support hardware.
