Annoyed, I get stuff can be stressful, but some people need to learn to control their temper. Your just making your anxiety worse by allowing yourself to get worked up and angry like that.

Some people have more difficulty with controlling their emotions; this has been the case with me a few times.

Nervous, got blood work back and it all checks out. Gonna be starting my weight loss journey. I'm pretty confident I'm gonna lose the weight. Once I lose it I can work any job I see fit. No trying for these desktop jobs that are a pain to get. I can work in retail or any kind of job. I'm actually really happy about it tbh, so many opportunities with weight loss will open up for me.

Satisfied.

It was one of those days that don't seem to have a lot going on, but the little things that do happen are satisfying enough.

Yesterday I got my first COVID-19 vaccine dose. The only side-effect was the almost unnoticeable sore in the area where I took it. Nothing to write home about, really.

So today, at 2 pm, I went for a nice walk (9 km) and stayed at the park for an hour or so. Then I came back and watered the plants. Then I went to the market to buy food and other products I needed. And that's it.

An ordinary yet satisfying day

I might also shave. But I think I'll leave it for tomorrow so that I also have a satisfying Sunday (?)

You might have a sore head tomorrow; I had a sore head the day after my first vaccine.
