Well I didn't find it, I added it myself there since the police officer will be patrolling and you need to time it well to get the item or open the door there (or knock him out). Plus I added another one behind the gates as sort of a decoration, doesn't really affect the gameplay.

![]() As for removing that gate, it's pointless because there is the gate + collision there so you can't pass through regardless. I would have removed that ages ago if that would work. |

That's interesting, I never knew about this specific one. The beta training area has lines referencing the police being around, but they refer to PS2 controls even on PC.

When I first started the project, I did find a way to make Lara pass through the gate but it's not a proper solution by any means. Basically, I can make Lara go through the collision by making her do a door opening animation but the gate will still be there and won't actually be opened. I don't think this can be fixed properly without a collision editing tool.
